It's been a good week! we've had a bunch of meber participating lessons and even seen a few miricles. also... we got transfer calls


fire lesson
we have this one friend named Debi that we've been working with for a while. she believes in another church but she seems pretty interested in learning more about us. this week, we brought a member along for our lesson with her, and it went really well! the member bore her testimoy and even invited her to church. Even though Debi didn't end up coming to church, it was still really good that she got to meet one of the members.

on Friday, we had someone cancel an appointment we made with them, so we didn't really know what to do. we decided to go visit a few members in the area who we hadn't met yet. the first one we stopped by invited us in. one of the members was about to head to the hospital because he had some problems with his appendix. we were able to give him a blessing before we left. it was just super cool because we showed up at the perfect time... as master Oogway would say, "There are no accidents."


we got transfer calls this week and *drumroll* im going to Branford! Branford is only about 30 minutes away, so that's crazy. My new comp is gonna be Elder Larkin. He just got out of training, so I haven't heard anything about him. Im excited to meet him on Saturday though!

tuesday for breakfast I had a smoothie, and during personal study we got a referral from soical media and it actually turned out super promising. it was from this dude named David. we called him and ended up scheduling a church tour later today. at the food bank today it was crazy once again. pretty much the food bank is always like VP on a friday night. well except its tuesday afternoon, and all your coworkers are super old and ask you to lift all the heavy things. that last part was good though. I need the workout and its hard to get gains without weights. I stole some bagels from the food bank then we were outta there at 2. for lunch we found some waffle mix so we cooked those up. sooo good after that we had the church tour, and we ran around mayo visiting people. for dinner sis Newman made us PBJs, and larkin and I reenacted the scene from zootopia where theyre in the dmv and theres all the sloths, so that was pretty funny. after we got home I played the piano(with my new metrinom...

BK got dunked 🌊

  Howdy yall! Annother fantastic week has come and gone in the FJM. Bk got baptized and I am officially out of training  New comp  Elder Clark is an absolute stud. Hes been out for 18 months now so hes got a lot of experience. We had a lesson with someone the other day and he pulled out a bunch of fire scriptures that worked really good for what we were talking about. Theres definitely a lot that I can learn from him. This next transfer is gonna be awesome  Tradeoff miricle  ️ This week I did a tradeoff with Elder Johnston and we found someone new! Elder Johnstons area some would consider is a bit slower. Theres a lot more people that are more wealthy so they are usaly less willing to hear about the gospel. We were walking down this one road though and we decided to go knock one more house and we ended up finding someone!
